I have just purchased and received an E10K OLYMPUS 2 USB DAC HEADPHONE AMP. I have plugged it into my computer using the USB cable provided and windows notified me that the device had been installed. I plugged in my headphones (DT 990 PRO) and turned on the amp but sound played only from the left headphone. Sound plays from both headphones when I plug them directly into my motherboard, so I don’t believe the issue is with my headphones. I have found another person with the same issue on a forum (https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/headphones-earphones-portable-media-devices-314/fiio-e10k-dac-sound-coming-only-one-side-windows-10-a-5471324.html) but there is no resolution on the forum. They say that using windows 7 or 8 fixes the issue so I suppose the issue is specific to the combination of Windows 10 and the E10K OLYMPUS 2 USB DAC HEADPHONE AMP.

Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated as until this is resolved the product is useless to me. Also any advise on setting up the device to perform to it’s full potential on windows 10 would be great e.g. which sampling rates are supported? What is an appropriate default bit depth and sampling rate?
